Health Benefits of Green Tea

Besides being known to be a favorite for weight-loss, this delicious tea is particularly known for its antioxidants, and cognitive effects, among other health benefits. The main feature of green tea in terms of the brain is that it provides large amounts of dopamine that helps us relax. It also helps boost our brain function, which is one of the evidence-based benefits of this healthy beverage.

Tea for a Relaxed Mind


1 tbsp of green tea

1 tsp of ginseng

5 tbsps of cranberry juice

1 cup of water

1 tbsp of honey

Heat the water until it comes to a boil, add the tea. Leave it on the heat for about 15 minutes, turn off, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Add the teaspoon of ginseng, the cranberry juice and sweeten with honey. Enjoy!
