Turmeric Tea to Improve your Memory
1 tablespoon of green tea
1 tablespoon of ground turmeric
The rind of half a lemon, well rinsed
A glass of water
Small tablespoon of honey
Bring the water to a boil. When it boils, add the turmeric, green tea, and lemon. Stir, turn off the heat and let sit 5 minutes. It is best to take it on an empty stomach, sweetened with a little honey.
