Musa Creativa (MC): Tell us about you and your work.

Kristina: I am a Business Coach who helps intuitive and empathic women launch tangible, impactful, and profitable online businesses!

MC: How is your personality reflected in your work?

Kristina: I bring my personality into my work every single DAY! It’s what sets my business apart! I always tap into the magic that I love when I craft offerings or write up social media posts. I use a lot of tarot, crystals, and energetic tools to support my community + clients’ transformations!

MC: What is creativity to you?

Kristina: Creativity is love, it’s freedom, abundance, and authenticity. It shows you trust yourself and are willing to show up exactly as you are regardless of judgment or doubt. Creativity is a baseline for personal growth because it empowers the dream, our vision – and moves us forward as a collective.

MC: How do you get inspired?

Kristina: Inspiration is so sacred. For me, it’s tuning in, taking time for myself- nourishing and really locking into the vision of the life I desire. From that vision, the inspiration rises and compels me forward!

MC: What type of activities help you overcome a creative block?

Kristina: Gosh, if I feel blocked I can basically guarantee I am near (or in) a place of burnout. At this point in my life, I have made a lot of effort to get clear on where I self-sabotage. In order to avoid that, and any blocks that might come with it- I really try to practice better self-care. Taking space from social media. Getting outside just to breathe. Letting go of attachment and just enjoying the moment.

MC: Can you tell us about your studio or workspace?

Kristina: HA! I live in a 30′ RV that my hubby and I are renovating. Her name is Ziggy and she is so much fun- although I will say, having two work at home artists, two big dogs, and one big cat in this space has been a bit of a toss-up! When I lay claim to our dining room table for the day I love to make sure I have great light, fresh flowers, and essential oils on just to bring all the brightness to my day!

MC: What elements of your life have influenced you as a Creative?

Kristina: Yoga and Spiritual Practice, Tattooing, Photography, Food, Environment, Friends. 💜 There’s so much but those are definitely big pieces of my creative practice. 🌿

MC: Have you ever doubted your talent? If so, how did you work through your doubt?

Kristina: Of course, so when I launched Exist Brightly as a coach, I was coming straight out of being a professional tattooer for nearly 10 years. I had no experience in coaching or building online businesses. I spent hours upon hours wondering if I made the right choice- some days feeling like I was totally over it, but- I kept moving forward. One foot in front of the other and slowly but surely built the dream.

MC: Tell us about your favorite creation or design so far.

Kristina: I’m really grateful for all the things I have created in my life. From a photography business to a tattooing career, now into helping others launch their soul service. I think all these pieces play a huge part in what my work in is now as a Devotional Business Coach, and my Soul Strategy Collective is for women + men who want to dive deeper into the discovery of their soul work, plus map out how to create a business from it!

MC: Como activas tu musa? How do you get into your creative zone?

Kristina: Let go. Let go of what you think “should” be done. Let go of expectation, or attachment to result. Get back to the things that bring joy. I journal a lot, and have a lot of inspo that comes through that!

MC: Lastly, who are you inspired by right now?

Kristina: Honestly, all the badass WOMEN who are showing up for their work and helping to change the world right now. This is our TIME- Let’s DO THIS!
