When you don’t push yourself, you don’t develop the creativity you need to help you get going. There are some positive habits you should develop to give both your creativity and your productivity a boost.
Positive Habits to be More Creative
Wake up Early
The early bird gets the worm because they have more hours in which to accomplish their goals. Early in the morning, your frontal cortex (your brain’s creativity center) is at its peak activity level.
Be Active
Physical activity improves your blood flow and releases mood-boosting endorphins. A Stanford study shows that a person’s creativity increased by 60% after engaging in a physical activity like walking.
Be Grateful
Being grateful really is the key to a happy life. This is because it eliminates fear and anxiety. It also enables creativity to flow naturally.

Eat Healthy
Food is your body’s fuel. The better the quality, the better your body performs. Fill up on junk food and you’ll become lethargic. Replace sugary foods with fruits and vegetables instead.
A half-hearted attempt won’t make you creative. You must become deeply immersed in your art form, looking for ways to work smarter, not harder. #boostyourcreativity Click To TweetMore Positive Habits…
Become Immersed in Creativity
A half-hearted attempt won’t make you creative. You must become deeply immersed in your art form, looking for ways to work smarter, not harder. Take time to learn how technology can help you.
Try new Things
Stop getting stuck. Get up and move somewhere new for the day. Getting out of your comfort zone will help you learn new things and keep your brain from getting stuck in its ways.
