Tough times. Everyone has them. However, some of us must learn to be creative through the hard times too. Fortunately, there are a few things that you can do to help yourself through the hard times and into a space of creativity when they’re happening. Get up and Move
Physical activity releases mood-boosting endorphins. It also improves your blood flow. One research study showed that exercise increases creativity. These mood-boosting endorphins are exactly what you need when the hard times come upon you. Studies have shown that they’re oftentimes what’s lacking when someone is feeling depressed.
Eat Healthy
Your body is fueled by food. The better quality of food you provide it with, the better it will perform for you so try replacing sugary food with fruits and vegetables. This is something that’s especially important to remember when the hard times are occurring.

Immerse Yourself in Creativity
When you become deeply immersed in your art form, you’ll also become more creative. Sometimes you really need to lose track of what’s bothering you for a while. What better way to do this than by immersing yourself in something you love?

If you find yourself stuck in a dull mood, then get up and go somewhere different for the day. This will get your brain away from the situation that has you feeling down and possibly help to improve your mood too.
