Turmeric Tea to Improve your Memory
1 tablespoon of green tea
1 tablespoon of ground turmeric
The rind of half a lemon, well rinsed
A glass of water
Small tablespoon of honey (optional)
Bring the water to a boil. When it boils, add turmeric, green tea, and lemon. Stir, turn off the heat, and let sit for 5 minutes. It’s best to take this turmeric tea on an empty stomach, sweetened with a little bit of honey.
